Interested in having an event at IMAG History & Science Center? We would love to host you! Please look at what our facility can offer you and fill out the form below to request a date and share other items you may be interested in. Our Event Manager will be in contact to help you organize an amazing event.

AMENITIES

Available free of charge:

Furniture
Ten high/low cocktail tables, 20 8ft. tables, 100 chairs, Ten spandex table cloths.

Event Coordination
Setup and takedown of IMAG Equipment.

Renter is responsible for the cleanup and removal of any décor, equipment, and supplies that are brought into the Center.

Vendor Management
Coordinating orders and setup, as well as provide recommendations based on need for catering, food trucks, and mobile bars.

*IMAG will
not be responsible for handling invoices between vendors and reservationist.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Payment in full is required with the return of this contract for events within fourteen days from the date of the contract. For events with dates more than fourteen days from the date of the contract a deposit of 50% of the contracted amount is required with the return of this contract to confirm the event dates. Also, due with the return of the contract is evidence of insurance coverage. The balance of the total cost will be due in full thirty fourteen days prior to the event.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

A. After approval is given, the IMAG may modify this Agreement (any time, date or facility) in its sole discretion up to thirty days prior to the first date of the event. After thirty days prior to the event, the IMAG may terminate this Agreement only for good cause. Upon such termination, and absent any default by User, all deposits shall be refunded to User less expenses incurred by the IMAG in preparation of the Facilities for User prior to such termination; if the termination is only partial, User shall be entitled to only a partial refund in an amount to be determined by the IMAG at its sole discretion.

B. User may terminate this Agreement at any time prior to thirty days in advance of the first date of the event in which case User shall be entitled to a refund of all deposits and fees less all expenses incurred by the IMAG in preparation of the Facilities for User and a cancellation fee of $200.00.
