Send a Child to Summer STEM Camp 2025!
What good is a science education? Especially in tough economic times?
Learning about science doesn’t just mean memorizing facts about clouds and space. It also means:
- Encouraging curiosity and creativity
- Building critical and iterative thinking skills
- Developing analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem solving
- Teaching teamwork and social skills
These life skills will equip children for brilliant, innovative futures, no matter where they’re going. Plus, 20% of U.S. jobs require high levels of STEM proficiency, and that number is rising every year.
More than that, these amazing programs fill kids’ days during the summer, providing care while parents work in the businesses you use every day. Every investment is an investment not just in the children at camp, but in the community!
That’s why we chose the project we’re platforming for Giving Tuesday 2025: the campaign to Send Children to Summer STEM Camp 2025!
Each and every $250 raised will enable IMAG to grant one full scholarship to our STEMsational Summer Camps in Summer 2025. A full scholarship includes one week of camp and all lunches free of charge—enabling us to offer this life-changing experience to the children in our community who most need it. Not only do these camps help combat the ‘summer slide’ loss of proficiency observed by schools, their fun hands-on curriculum also inspires a love of science and learning that will serve our campers all their lives.
